Return and Refund Policy
At MaternaFit, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn, unused, and unwashed
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return
Returns must be approved before being sent.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return address:
Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- sale or discounted items
- gift cards
- worn, washed, or used items
- items without original tags
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
- return the original item
- place a new order once your return is accepted
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- tags must be attached
- original packaging must be included
- proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- processing time is up to 10 business days
Please note:
- your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

MaternaFit is a Cyprus-based online store specializing in premium activewear.
We currently operate online only and do not have a physical retail location for returns or in-person visits.
All returns must be arranged through email before sending any items.
