1. Program Structure

The MaternaFit Ambassador Program currently consists of three main levels: STANDARD, PLUS and PRO.

Level progression is subject to review by MaternaFit and is not automatically guaranteed solely because a sales threshold has been reached.

2. Application & Approval

Participation in the MaternaFit Ambassador Program is subject to application, review and approval by MaternaFit.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

MaternaFit may consider factors such as creator content, audience relevance, engagement, brand alignment, authenticity and overall suitability when reviewing applications.

Once approved, all new Ambassadors begin at STANDARD level unless MaternaFit communicates otherwise.

3. 40% Welcome Discount & First Personal Order

Once approved, a new Ambassador may receive a one-time 40% Welcome Discount for their first eligible personal MaternaFit order.

The purpose of this Welcome Order is to allow the Ambassador to personally experience the products they will represent, wear their first MaternaFit outfit and create authentic content based on their own experience.

The Welcome Discount is a personal, one-time benefit.

It may not be transferred, shared publicly, provided to another person or used to place orders on behalf of friends, family members, followers or other customers.

Where applicable, the Welcome Discount may be restricted to the Ambassador's registered Shopify customer account or approved email address.

4. Personal Ambassador Discounts

In addition to milestone rewards, active Ambassadors may receive an ongoing personal discount for their own MaternaFit purchases.

• STANDARD: 20% Personal Discount
• PLUS: 25% Personal Discount
• PRO: 25% Personal Discount

Personal Ambassador discounts are provided to encourage creators to continue wearing, experiencing and creating content with MaternaFit products.

Personal discounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

They must not be:

• shared with friends or family;
• shared publicly with followers;
• published on coupon websites;
• distributed in private discount groups;
• sold or transferred;
• used to place purchases on behalf of another person;
• used for resale or commercial purchasing.

5. Community Discount Codes

The Ambassador's Community Code is the discount code that is intended to be shared publicly with followers and customers.

Current Community Code benefits are:

• STANDARD: 10% OFF
• PLUS: 10% OFF
• PRO: 15% OFF

MaternaFit may occasionally provide temporary promotional percentages for selected launches, creator campaigns, events or limited-time promotions.

Only the Community Code is intended for general sharing.

6. Self-Referrals

Ambassadors may not earn commission from their own personal purchases.

An Ambassador must not intentionally use their own affiliate link or Community Code in order to generate commission from a personal purchase.

Attempts to create self-referrals through alternative accounts, email addresses, friends, family members or other methods may result in the referral being rejected and the Ambassador account being reviewed.

7. Qualifying Sales & Commission

Commission is earned on qualifying referral sales properly attributed to the Ambassador through their approved affiliate link or Community Code.

Current commission rates are:

• STANDARD: 12%
• PLUS: 15%
• PRO: 18%

A qualifying sale must be a genuine order that has been successfully paid and accepted by MaternaFit.

Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed or otherwise invalid orders do not qualify for commission.

If commission has already been recorded and the corresponding order is later refunded, returned or invalidated, the commission may be reversed or deducted from future balances.

Unless otherwise stated, commission is calculated on eligible product value after applicable customer discounts.

Commission generally excludes:

• shipping charges;
• taxes;
• shipping taxes;
• tips;
• refunded values;
• cancelled orders;
• other non-product charges.

8. Confirmed Sales

For level progression, a confirmed sale generally means a genuine qualifying referral order that:

• has been successfully paid;
• has not been cancelled;
• has not been refunded;
• has not been returned;
• has not been identified as fraudulent or invalid.

MaternaFit may review referral orders before they count toward level progression.

9. PLUS Creator Set & Complimentary Accessory

When an Ambassador reaches PLUS for the first time, MaternaFit may provide a special one-time PLUS milestone reward.

A selected Creator Set may generally consist of:

1 eligible Bra / Top + 1 eligible Leggings / Shorts / Bottom.

Eligible sets, products, accessories, colours and sizes remain subject to current stock availability and MaternaFit selection.

The free selected accessory may include an eligible MaternaFit accessory chosen or approved by MaternaFit.

The PLUS milestone benefit is personal, non-transferable and available one time when PLUS is first unlocked.

It does not renew each month that the Ambassador remains at PLUS.

PLUS Creator Packaging

Selected PLUS Creator Sets may be prepared as a special creator experience.

Packaging may include:

• MaternaFit branded packaging or wrapping;
• a personal creator card;
• a thank-you message;
• a small decorative element such as a dried flower;
• selected promotional materials.

The aim is to celebrate the creator's progression while also creating a natural opportunity for authentic content such as unboxings, Stories, Reels or TikToks.

10. PRO Free MaternaFit Set

When an Ambassador reaches PRO for the first time, they may receive one selected MaternaFit Set at 100% discount.

The Free PRO Set is subject to eligible products, sizes, colours, collections and stock availability.

Unless otherwise communicated by MaternaFit, the selected set may have a maximum combined retail value of approximately €100.

The PRO Free Set is a one-time milestone reward.

It does not renew automatically each month that an Ambassador remains PRO.

PRO milestone orders may also receive premium presentation or Creator packaging selected by MaternaFit.

11. Level Reviews & Progression

Reaching a numerical sales threshold does not automatically guarantee a level upgrade.

MaternaFit may consider:

• confirmed sales;
• sales consistency;
• returns and refunds;
• creator activity;
• content quality;
• brand alignment;
• Program compliance;
• fraudulent or artificial activity.

12. Discount Stacking

Unless MaternaFit specifically states otherwise, Program discounts and rewards cannot be combined.

This includes:

• 40% Welcome Discount;
• 20% or 25% Personal Ambassador Discount;
• Community Codes;
• 50% PLUS Creator Set reward;
• PRO Free Set reward;
• other promotional codes;
• campaign discounts.

Generally, only one promotional benefit may be applied to an order.

13. Misuse of Ambassador Benefits

Ambassadors must not attempt to artificially generate discounts, referrals, sales, benefits or commissions.

Prohibited activity includes:

• sharing private personal Ambassador codes;
• publishing private reward codes on coupon websites;
• selling or transferring Program codes;
• creating alternative accounts to repeatedly access personal benefits;
• using multiple email addresses to bypass code restrictions;
• placing personal discounted orders for other people;
• reselling products purchased through private Ambassador discounts;
• creating fake referral orders;
• manipulating sales attribution;
• using another person's details to bypass restrictions.

Where misuse is identified, MaternaFit may cancel the discount or reward, reject related commissions, remove Program benefits, suspend the account or terminate participation.

14. Shop the Fit

MaternaFit may feature selected Ambassadors on the MaternaFit website through sections such as Shop the Fit.

A Shop the Fit feature may showcase an Ambassador wearing a MaternaFit look together with direct links to the featured products.

Current feature positioning is generally:

• STANDARD: Eligible
• PLUS: Selected Feature
• PRO: Priority Feature

Shop the Fit placement is not guaranteed.

Selection may depend on:

• content quality;
• photography quality;
• campaign relevance;
• collection relevance;
• product availability;
• seasonality;
• current marketing requirements.

15. Social Media Promotion

MaternaFit may choose to feature Ambassador content through its owned marketing channels.

This may include:

• Instagram Stories;
• Instagram Reels;
• TikTok;
• MaternaFit website features;
• Shop the Fit;
• new collection launches;
• email campaigns;
• selected creator campaigns.

STANDARD Ambassadors may receive selected features, PLUS Ambassadors receive priority consideration and PRO Ambassadors may receive priority placement.

16. Creator Content

Ambassadors are encouraged to create authentic content that reflects their genuine experience with MaternaFit.

Content may include:

• gym and workout content;
• outfit styling;
• Reels;
• TikToks;
• Stories;
• unboxings;
• product reviews;
• first impressions;
• collection launches;
• lifestyle content.

Ambassadors should only make claims about MaternaFit products that accurately reflect their genuine experience and the information provided by MaternaFit.

17. Content Rights & Reposting

Ambassadors remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to publish any photography, video, music, text or other materials used in their content.

Where an Ambassador submits content directly to MaternaFit, tags MaternaFit for the purpose of being featured, or agrees to participate in Shop the Fit or another creator feature, they allow MaternaFit to display or repost the approved content across MaternaFit-owned channels in connection with the Ambassador Program and relevant products.

Any broader paid advertising use or separate commercial creator campaign may be agreed separately where required.

18. Honest Promotion & Disclosure

Ambassadors must represent MaternaFit honestly and accurately.

Ambassadors must not:

• make false or misleading product claims;
• misrepresent MaternaFit products;
• advertise discounts not authorised by MaternaFit;
• pretend to be an official employee or representative unless authorised;
• misrepresent their commercial or affiliate relationship with MaternaFit.

Ambassadors are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate, Ambassador, gifted or commercial relationship with MaternaFit where required by applicable law or the relevant social platform.

19. Use of the MaternaFit Brand

Ambassadors may use approved MaternaFit promotional materials, product information and brand assets provided for legitimate Program promotion.

Ambassadors must not:

• create fake MaternaFit accounts;
• impersonate MaternaFit;
• register misleading MaternaFit domains or usernames;
• claim ownership of MaternaFit branding or trademarks;
• alter MaternaFit branding in a misleading way.

20. Gifts, Products & Milestone Rewards

Complimentary products, milestone rewards and promotional gifts:

• have no cash value;
• cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
• cannot normally be transferred to another person;
• remain subject to availability;
• may be limited to selected products, collections, colours or sizes.

MaternaFit may offer a similar alternative where a selected reward is unavailable.

21. Special Creator Campaigns

MaternaFit may occasionally invite selected Ambassadors to participate in additional campaigns.

These may include:

• temporary higher customer discounts;
• collection launches;
• creator challenges;
• limited-time promotional codes;
• product launches;
• events;
• content campaigns;
• special gifts or incentives.

Additional campaign-specific terms may apply.

22. Commission Payments

Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that their payment details in the Ambassador Portal are accurate and complete.

MaternaFit may be unable to process commission payments where valid payment information has not been provided.

MaternaFit may hold, adjust or reject commissions related to refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, disputed or otherwise invalid transactions.

23. Taxes

Each Ambassador is responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax, reporting or financial obligations relating to commission, gifts or other Program benefits they receive.

24. Independent Relationship

Participation in the MaternaFit Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship.

Ambassadors participate independently, subject to these Program Terms and any additional requirements agreed for specific campaigns.

25. Privacy & Personal Data

Information supplied in connection with the Ambassador Program may be used to administer applications, accounts, referrals, commissions, rewards, communications and Program operations.

MaternaFit's Privacy Policy also applies where relevant.

26. Suspension & Termination

MaternaFit may suspend or terminate participation where there is reasonable evidence of:

• fraud;
• coupon abuse;
• self-referral abuse;
• false or misleading promotion;
• misuse of personal discounts;
• misuse of milestone rewards;
• serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
• activity that materially harms the MaternaFit brand or customer experience.

Pending referrals or commissions linked to invalid or abusive activity may also be rejected or cancelled.

27. Leaving the Program

An Ambassador may stop participating in the Program by contacting MaternaFit.

Personal Ambassador discounts, future milestone rewards and other Program benefits may end once participation ends.

28. Changes to the Program

The MaternaFit Ambassador Program may evolve as the brand grows.

MaternaFit may update:

• commission percentages;
• Community Code discounts;
• Personal Ambassador discounts;
• Welcome Discount percentages;
• PLUS or PRO milestone rewards;
• level qualification requirements;
• eligible products;
• creator opportunities;
• Shop the Fit eligibility;
• campaign benefits;
• other Program terms or benefits.

Material changes may be communicated through email, the Ambassador Portal or another appropriate communication channel.

29. MaternaFit Store Policies

Ambassador purchases remain subject to applicable MaternaFit store policies, including relevant shipping, returns, refund and privacy policies.

These Ambassador Terms supplement those policies and govern participation specifically in the MaternaFit Ambassador Program.

30. Acceptance of These Terms

By applying to, joining or participating in the MaternaFit Ambassador Program, the Ambassador confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Continued participation in the Program, use of an Ambassador benefit, acceptance of a milestone reward or use of an affiliate link may also constitute acknowledgement of the applicable Program Terms.
